Vernon Billups of Granite Shoals, Texas, passed on Sept. 15, 2018. He is survived by two daughters, one stepson, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A service is 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 19, at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls.
