Trudy Shell, 65, of Burnet, Texas, passed away Dec. 10, 2014, in Round Rock, Texas. She was born Jan. 10, 1949, to Jack and Lela Whitaker in San Marcos, Texas.
Trudy spent 7½ years in Germany and spoke German. She loved different languages.
She was a member of Mahomet Disciple of Christ Christian Church.
Trudy is survived by her husband of 36 years, Millard Shell of Burnet; son, Derek Shell of Burnet; and sister, Marsha Hay &and husband Rick of Keller.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Lela Whitaker.
A graveside service is 10 a.m. Dec. 13 at Mahomet Cemetery.
