Joe Tindel was a resident of Blanco, Texas, for 28 years and a resident of Marble Falls, Texas, for eight years.
He was a World War II veteran and a brakeman and conductor for Southern Pacific Railroad.
Mr. Tindel was preceded in death by his daughter, Judy Blakely.
He is survived by his loving wife, Eddie J. Tindel; two sons, Joe Tindel Jr. of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Don Tindel of Marble Falls; several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
