Oleta was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother Maurice Bible; sister Edna Clunn; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

She is survived by her son, Alan Phinney and wife Mary; daughter, Virginia Janda and husband Leroy; grandson, Craig Phinney and wife Denise; granddaughters, Heather Phinney and partner Christina, Amy Phinney Ramirez and husband Monte, all of San Antonio, and Stephanie Wilkerson and husband Brett of Austin; great-grandchildren, Raiden and Rhiannon Ramirez and Miles Wilkerson; brother Darrell Bible and wife Jimmie of Marble Falls; sister Laverne Stover of Austin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service is 11 a.m. Jan. 24 at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, 1805 U.S. 281 North in Marble Falls, (830) 693-4373. Burial will follow at Richland Cemetery.
