Gloria Fay Warren, 81, of Sunrise Beach Village, Texas, passed away Jan. 20, 2015. She was born to Ted and Hilma Luverne (Hanson) Roseland on July 15, 1933, in Clearlake, South Dakota.
Gloria was one of four cheerleaders to lead the Harlandale High School Indian cheers in San Antonio, Texas, for all four years. She also was the Homecoming Sweetheart.
She married Sam Warren, her husband of more than 61 years, on Jan. 9, 1954, in Seguin, Texas.
She was a very beautiful and loving mother, wife and granny.
She is survived by her husband; daughters, Cassandra Underwood and husband Lyndall of Roscoe and Billie Jean Brumfield and husband Keith of Celina; son, Sam F. Warren of Celina; and grandchildren, Jason Conn, Emily Arnold, Tara Conn, Bryan Kaylor, Jady Underwood, Kori Underwood, Jody Underwood, Jennie Underwood, Cody Tolleson and Justin Brumfield; great-grandchildren, Presley Kaylor, Jacie Schussler, Grady Underwood, Madoc Underwood, Kalum Underwood, Brayden Conn, Brantley Kaylor and Whitley Conn; sisters, Laurel Koenig and husband Charles of Horseshoe Bay and Teddy Kywicki of Boston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Warren Roseland, Lindy Roseland, Homer Roseland and Donnie Roseland.
